On Friday 3 October 2008, the project "Living design in Padova" began, as the starting moment of the fair "Casa Su Misura": the frame chosen for this event was ‘Palazzo della ragione',a Renaissance town hall building, which has always played an important role in the city life, as our mayor said.

This project represents the meeting point among ‘PadovaFiere , the town administration, the Architect Association of Padova and Genesin Casa Amica and it's meant to promote the Italian product, the "made in Italy".

Casa Amica Genesin has brought its experience inviting one of the representing Italian brands of the XXth century: Cassina. Demetrio Apollono, the Director,the architect Giampiero Bosoni, the author of " Made in Cassina", and the architect Mario Bellini, designer awarded 8 times with the "Compasso d'oro" were there to witness the important role of the Italian industry in terms of innovative and sophisticated design.
