Features of the project: the project of the architect includes the management of spaces(the ground and the mezzanine floor), the electrical installation, air conditioning plant and lighting system, the choice of materials (the floorings of the ground floor and the balcony is made pearled grey, the first floor and the stairs is made of marble, ...............made of wood and stainless steel )and wall finishes( the wall is light and dark grey by " Oikos" and finishes nineteenth century style).
